Childhood Cancer Awareness Month 2025

Our whole community went yellow for CCAM 2025, culminating in our Family Fun Day on 27 September. Awareness, fundraising and community for children with cancer.

September 2025 saw our community come together once again for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.

Supporters across Hillingdon and North West London joined our #DLFWearSomethingYellow campaign, sharing photos, raising awareness of the wellbeing challenges faced by children with cancer and their families, and helping us fundraise for the year ahead.

The month culminated in our Family Fun Day on Saturday 27th September at 12 noon to 5pm, with free stalls, games, live music and food for the whole community.

Why it matters

Every year, around 1,800 children in the UK are diagnosed with cancer. Brain tumours are the biggest childhood cancer killer, responsible for around 1 in 5 childhood cancer deaths. CCAM is our chance to raise our voices in support of every child and family affected, and to make sure holistic wellbeing support is available to them when they need it most.

Stand with our families

Your gift stays local and reaches a family this week.

Every pound supports a child with a brain tumour and the people caring for them β€” right here in our community.
