Childhood Cancer Awareness Month 2026
Every September we go yellow for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Join our campaign to support children with cancer and their families across Hillingdon.

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month (CCAM), a global campaign that unites families, charities and communities in support of children and young people facing a cancer diagnosis.
Every September we ask our community to Wear Something Yellow, share our stories on social media, and donate what they can to fund the emotional, practical and spiritual wellbeing support we offer children with cancer and their families across Hillingdon and North West London.
Every pound raised stays local and reaches a family in our community.
How to get involved
- Wear something yellow and share your photo with #DLFWearSomethingYellow
- Host a bake sale, dress-down day or fundraising challenge at work or school
- Donate directly via our GoFundMe or bank transfer
- Join our Family Fun Day at the end of the month
Other ways we support families
Your gift stays local and reaches a family this week.
Every pound supports a child with a brain tumour and the people caring for them β right here in our community.
